Once upon a time a real estate broker helped an advertising photographer sell a house. After looking through hundreds of comparable listings online, the photographer realized something made him more attracted to certain listings than others. 

To his surprise it had very little to do with the actual house or real estate property and more to do with the images on the web page. He felt like certain photos made him more emotionally attached to the idea of living in that space, even if it wasn't actually what he was looking for. 

So, he decided to shoot the photos of his house more like a commercial architectural shoot. He used multiple exposures to light each section of the space properly and blended them together to create tack sharp, high dynamic range images. 

The results?

6 offers over asking in 24 hours. The house sold in 2 days.

    We use a HDR technique wich blends multiple exposures together to create an image that normal point-and-shoot cameras could never acomplish. Surreal Estate Photos are a more accurate representaion of how your home or listing actually look in person.

    You receive two versions of each image we capture. One is formatted for all of your high resolution print needs, the second image is optimized for upload to RMLS and other web display platforms.

    We believe that building strong, loyal relationships is more important than making a quick buck. Which is why we don't hire out random photographers. Chris Roe

Producer/Photographer

Chris studied photography and film production at Brooks Institute. He began his career in television production and found a passion for architectural photography along the way.

Mason Mcdonald

Sales & Marketing

Mason studied fine art photography at Brooks Institute, where he offered Chris a couch to sleep on. Today he spends his time making sure the rest of us deliver exactly what our clients need. 

Alan Nixon

Videographer/Drone Pilot

Alan is a local videographer and licensed 107 drone pilot with over 7 years of experience flying. He loves to get up early to capture shots during the pre-dawn glow of the sun rise.
